What this app does
Bugpilot collects detailed technical information from your end users right when they encounter a problem. With the Bugpilot App for HelpScout, you will be able to:
Receive detailed bug reports automatically right in your Inbox
Easily open Bugpilot reports and share them with your colleagues
Request a screen recording, or grab a screenshot with just one button
How to set up the app
If you don't have one, create an account on Bugpilot.
Make sure you follow the steps on the "Get started" page and have added the Bugpilot tracking code.
There are two ways you can install the Bugpilot app for HelpScout:
Install the app from the HelpScout marketplace (WIP)
Install the app from the Bugpilot dashboard
Install the app from the Bugpilot dashboard
Go to your Bugpilot dashboard, and click the settings Icon to open the Setup page. Under Getting started, click on the Add to HelpScout button, as highlighted in the screenshot below:
