What this app does
Bugpilot collects detailed technical information from your end users right when they encounter a problem. With the Intercom app, you will be able to:
Receive detailed bug reports automatically right in your Inbox
Easily open Bugpilot reports and share them with your colleagues
Request a screen recording, or grab a screenshot with just one button
If you already have the app installed, you may want to read the How to use the app article instead.
Here's what Bugpilot for Intercom looks like:
How to set up the app
If you don't have one, create an account on Bugpilot.
Setting up Bugpilot takes three simple steps:
Install the app from Intercom Store
Pin the app to your Intercom Inbox
Add the Bugpilot tracking code
Install the app from Intercom Store

Add the Bugpilot tracking code
Before Bugpilot will start working, you'll need to install the Bugpilot tracking code on your website or app. From your Bugpilot Dashboard, follow the instructions provided under Getting Started.
If you do not know how to add a tracking code to your website, send the guide to a developer: they will do it for you, and it will take less than 3 minutes.
Pin the app to your Intercom Inbox
The next step is to make your Bugpilot app stick to the sidebar and be available immediately when entering an Inbox conversation. To do so:
Open your Intercom Inbox
Select a conversation
Find the Edit apps button at the bottom-right of the and click on it
Move your mouse over Bugpilot, and click the Pin icon.
Important: App pinning is specific to your account. Your colleagues will need to pin the Bugpilot app by themselves.
